Who processes the data

For church member and Kids data, each church determines the purposes of processing and the platform acts as its service provider. For authentication, security and billing data, the platform also acts as controller.

Data and purposes

We process account identification, church membership, billing and audit data to provide and secure the service. Kids check-in uses the child name, age, classroom and guardian contacts only for reception, safety, communication and authorized pickup.

Children data

Children data receives reinforced protection and requires highlighted consent from a parent or authorized legal guardian. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

Sharing and international processing

Data is shared only with processors necessary to operate the service, such as hosting, Stripe billing, email and the centrally managed Evolution API. The church configures its own presentation integrations. Appropriate contractual and security safeguards must be maintained for international transfers.

Retention and deletion

Kids check-in personal data is retained for 90 days by default and then deleted automatically. Account data is deleted when the account holder requests deletion, except where retention is required for legal obligations, fraud prevention or the exercise of legal claims.

Your rights

You may request confirmation and access, correction, portability, information about sharing, consent withdrawal, objection and deletion where legally applicable. Account holders may export their data and delete their account directly from the user menu.

Security and incidents

We use tenant isolation, authorization, encrypted credentials, audit logs and access controls. Suspected personal data incidents must be assessed, documented and notified to the competent authority and affected persons when legally required.
